THE CHALLENGE:
To assist an ink manufacturing giant with their global restructure by relocating operations to new overseas destinations. Over a 30-month period, this included managing the end-to-end decommissioning of the manufacturing plant and relocation overseas.
THE SOLUTION:
We established a team of skilled engineers and a project manager to safely disassemble the plant machinery and infrastructure from a variety of buildings at various levels. With our bespoke constructed crating and framework, we ensured protection of all items during transit.
THE RESULT:
The manufacturing plant was successfully distributed to new overseas destinations ahead of schedule and within budget.
